Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item, we will offer:

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exchanges
Exchanges for change-of-mind purchases are only available if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Faulty or incorrect items will be exchanged at no cost to you.
