We respect your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the goods you purchase from us are faulty, damaged, or do not match the description provided.
Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the item, we will offer:

Refunds

Exchanges
Exchanges for change-of-mind purchases are only available if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging. Faulty or incorrect items will be exchanged at no cost to you.
